Events Assistant

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between internal teams and external vendors. You will be instrumental in helping bring events to life and ensuring they reflect our client’s goals and brand image.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completionManage event logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and material preparationSupport onsite execution, including setup, registration, and client supportMaintain detailed schedules, budgets, and task listsWork closely with the Events Manager and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messagingMonitor post-event feedback and assist with reporting and performance evaluationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements during events
