Description A University Hospital near Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Clinical Trial Claims Auditor. This role involves meticulous oversight and auditing of claims related to our clinical trials to ensure compliance with contract terms, federal regulations, and guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of charges, spotting discrepancies and non-compliance issues, and providing recommendations to eliminate errors and waste.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive audits of clinical trial costs, ensure billing aligned with protocol, consent forms, and contracts.
Identify, investigate, and manage discrepancies, errors, and non-compliance issues.
Coordinate with clinical teams and billing departments to resolve issues in billing practices.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date audit and compliance records.
Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations to improve practices.
Follow industry trends and developments to stay updated on auditing procedures.
