Description We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper to join our professional team. We are a progressive organization that values our people, their contributions, and their growth. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our clients and are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage our financial records.Job Responsibilities:

Maintain financial records of the company, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.

Prepare and submit quarterly and yearly tax payments and returns.

Ensure timely customer invoicing and vendor payments.

Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

Provide support to audit processes and cooperate with the finance department.

Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Detailed oriented and able to spot numerical errors.

A good understanding of business ethics and financial regulations.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
