BIM Administrator II

KDG Construction Consulting is seeking a BIM Administrator II to open and evaluate 3D models in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and ACC. The ideal candidate will administer the Autodesk BIM360 Design environment, Administer the ACC project environment, verify model objects in the form of attribute data, and organize and administer general files. Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintaining digital library of BIM models on ACC or another platform

Implementing new BIM tools, select innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks, or introducing new plug-ins for existing programs

Ensuring BIM models remain up to date throughout the course of a project

Verifying that exported data from the BIM is accurate and complete

Participating in meetings with project teams to ensure everyone understands how to adhere to the BIM process

Reviewing and commenting BIM submittals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

CM-BIM (Certificate of Management - Building Information Modeling) is a plus

Familiar with PM/CM functions in construction projects

One year of experience working with BIM related processes and workflows

Autodesk Revit, Civil3D, BIM 360 Design, Navisworks, ACC, O365 SharePoint and Microsoft Office products.

Anticipated Salary Range: $99,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
