Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to project, program, or portfolio management

Develop and maintain client relationships

Assist with business development activities such as identification, proposal development and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

Manage project and program workstreams

Implementing and maintaining organization and structure for the project team including project governance, communication strategy, documentation standards and retention, project issue and risk management, status reporting, stakeholder rosters, project collaboration sites, calendars and requirements standards and guidelines

Developing executive communications and presentations related to assigned workstreams and sub workstreams for department and company leadership

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of recent experience with project, program, or portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization and technology components

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP, Certified BA or ScrumMaster Certification preferred

Experience organizing and managing project teams or workstreams on a large engagement

Understanding of the system development life cycle, specifically experience defining project scope and/or working with teams to capture business requirements

Experience in business and solution development, project/program management and project delivery

Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills
