Adecco Healthcare Recruitment is hiring a Associate Clinical Director in Oncology for our industry leading client! This is premier healthcare navigation firm renowned for delivering top-tier medical services to discerning individuals, families, and prominent figures nationwide. Operating in a fully remote capacity, this role transcends traditional clinical practice to offer white-glove service to our esteemed clientele, guiding them towards optimal healthcare solutions tailored to their intricate medical requirements.Benefits:

Requirements:

Active NP or PA license in your home state

Master’s degree preferred

Ability to work FT, M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM; plus some after-hours as needed

Opportunity to provide nights, weekends, holidays on-call support for additional pay

Five years of clinical experience in an environment where careful assessment and critical thinking are required

Meaningful oncology experience required and surgery experience is preferred

Clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multi-disciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with healthcare clients, and managing complex medical issues by coordinating their care, facilitating best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options available world-wide, and navigating the healthcare system

Demonstrating strong clinical acumen to provide high level clinical management and education to clients and families in a caring, compassionate manner

Working closely with other clinical and research team members to identify latest therapies and provide comprehensive information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials

Articulating needs for collaboration with external care providers, internal team resources, and rounding

Networking with key opinion leaders to invite collaboration and build relationships that facilitate our ability to help our clients achieve best care

Managing other clinical staff as it relates to a particular case or service line

Engaging with the executive administrative team regarding process improvement and workflow streamlining

Ongoing time tracking and documentation required
