Essential Job FunctionsWe are looking to fill full-time openings for both the Administrative Operations Analyst and the Management Assistant positions. If not selected for the Administrative Operations Analyst, you may be selected for Management Assistant.What you will do as an Administrative Operations Analyst?

Engage in a two-year rotational learning program where we guide you about the administrative operations of the County

Learn how we operate in departments that offer services like public safety, protection, health, child welfare, social services, community development, recreation, museum, and operations

Attend and participate in Departmental, Countywide, State, and Federal committees, training sessions, and task-forces

Gain skills through active job assignments, working with various County departments

Complete the program successfully and progress to the Administrative Analyst role where you will work in one of our County departments

Management Assistant does things like

Research, analyze, draw conclusions from, and present information to a variety of individuals while participating in meetings, providing advisory or consultation services, recommending solutions, and coordinating activities

Implement program initiatives and directives in areas like human resources, budget, finance, contracts, or capital projects

Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of processes and programs, and make recommendations whether to continue, modify, or discontinue

Prepare and review documents to effectively communicate with various audiences
