Hi I'm looking for an Experienced Architectural Draftsman that has his Own Autocad and is willing to work from home. He must be familiar with the Los Angeles City Codes and some of CBC. Someone that either knows or is willing to speak with Plan Checkers and do Plan Check Corrections. Experienced in Residential is a must, but if experienced in Commercials and Healthcare also then that's a plus.
I will be paying an hourly fee of $20 cash. You will be hired as an independent contractor, without any paperwork.
