Small full-service Commercial Interior Design Firm is seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team. For the right candidate, we have flexible with collaborative and part-time opportunities
The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-starter who can work well in a team environment. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years AutoCAD and Revit experience with an understanding of the entire design and construction process. Position Summary: This position is a part of our corporate design / project management team which provide services to our national and international clients for interior design projects.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience, (including AutoCAD), working in the field of Commercial Interior Design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required/ Some Revit helpful.
Ability to prepare Creative design presentations.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Strong space planning skills with ADA and IBC Code knowledge.
Experience developing construction documents and finish schedules.
Assist in projects as needed in for both Multi Family / Commercial.
Efficiently produce accurate Floorplans, elevations, details, and schedules.
Ability to prepare Construction Documents.
Ability to travel is a plus.
