Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across all project phases—from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is well-versed in both design and technical documentation and is excited to contribute to a range of project types.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and architectural solutions in collaboration with the project team

Produce construction documents and coordinate with consultants and contractors

Lead or assist in managing projects through all phases, including permitting and construction administration

Participate in client meetings and presentations

Ensure designs comply with codes, regulations, and project goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

5-10+ years of professional experience (design/build experience a plus)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or Rhino a plus

Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Licensed or on the path to licensure in California preferred
