The BiomedRx Institute is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Administrator to lead our institution to new heights of excellence and recognition. The BiomedRx Institute specializes in education and training in healthcare technology management, including biomedical equipment maintenance, medical equipment repair, calibration, electrical safety inspection, and preventive maintenance. In addition, we offer innovative training programs in holistic health practices, such as biomagnetic pair therapy and neurofeedback. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in obtaining accreditation for vocational and technical schools, as well as experience in managing enrollment through Pell Grants, scholarships, and other financial aid programs. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Experience in healthcare-related vocational/technical institutions a major plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accreditation Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to secure accreditation for the BiomedRx Institute from recognized accrediting bodies.

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing vocational and technical schools.

Build relationships with accreditation agencies and represent the Institute during reviews and evaluations.

Enrollment and Financial Aid Development:

Design and implement enrollment strategies to attract a diverse student body, utilizing financial aid mechanisms such as Pell Grants, scholarships, and private funding.

Oversee the development of a financial aid department to assist students in navigating funding options.

Track and report on enrollment and financial aid performance metrics.

Operational Leadership:

Manage daily operations of the BiomedRx Institute, ensuring that all programs and services meet or exceed quality standards.

Supervise the hiring, training, and evaluation of faculty and staff.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Curriculum Development and Oversight:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain and enhance the Institute’s curriculum in healthcare technology management and holistic health practices.

Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Community and Industry Engagement:

Build partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and holistic health practitioners to enhance the Institute’s reputation and expand its network.

Represent the BiomedRx Institute at industry events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, business administration, healthcare, or a related field.

At least 5–7 years of experience in vocational or technical school administration, with a focus on accreditation and financial aid management.

Demonstrated success in securing institutional accreditation and managing accreditation processes.

Skills and Competencies:

Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing vocational schools and financial aid.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about education, healthcare

Experienced in healthcare-related vocational/technical education

US Military Veteran a plus

Foreign language proficiency a plus
