A family is in search of a part-time tutor to help with English Language Arts and Math. Their 5th grade daughter is experiencing challenges in reading, comprehension, writing, and elementary math. They are seeking a dedicated tutor who is passionate about teaching English and Math and who can engage their daughter to cultivate a love for learning.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized instruction in English and Math
Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs of the student
Evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
Requirement:
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
Previous tutoring experience
