Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced STEM Curriculum Developer to lead the development of project-based, standards-aligned STEM programs for students in grades K–12. This position involves designing lesson plans, instructional materials, assessments, and enrichment modules across multiple subject areas, including science, math, engineering, robotics, and technology. The ideal candidate will blend academic rigor with hands-on engagement to help shape the future of STEM education at Winter Glory Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, update, and maintain high-quality STEM curriculum materials aligned with NGSS, Common Core, and other national standards.
Develop engaging, inquiry-based lesson plans, lab experiments, and interdisciplinary projects for various grade levels.
Create AP-level and competition-track content for advanced students in subjects such as physics, engineering, or coding.
Collaborate with instructors and academic leaders to pilot curriculum units and refine instructional materials based on feedback and classroom outcomes.
Integrate real-world technologies and tools (e.g., microcontrollers, AI modules, 3D printing, circuit design) into course content.
Develop pacing guides, assessment rubrics, and student learning objectives for each course or unit.
Support professional development and training for teaching staff on newly developed programs and materials.
Working Hours:
Full-Time 10:00 am – 6:00 pm or Part-Time: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm or TBD
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in curriculum mapping and alignment across subject areas and student pathways.
Monitor educational trends and research to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation.
Provide documentation for program evaluation, learning outcomes, and instructional impact.
Contribute to curriculum-related marketing, grant applications, and strategic academic planning.
Participate in internal academic reviews and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field required
2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, STEM instruction, or academic publishing.
Strong knowledge of K–12 education standards, STEM integration strategies, and hands-on learning methods.
Familiarity with instructional technology tools and platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines collaboratively.
Passion for innovation in education and a student-centered mindset.
