If so, We are looking for an EXPERIENCED ROCKSTAR Airbnb / Short-Term rental host / Administrative assistant to join our rapidly growing company to manage up to 20 short-term rental properties starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to respond to inquiries within 10 minutes between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm DAILY, 6 days per week! YOU MUST LIVE IN OR NEAR HOLLYWOOD CA

Must learn all software applications and company procedures quickly and have a high level of problem-solving skills to work with guests' changing demands. Customer service and people skills are imperative to maintaining high ratings on Airbnb and property rental platforms.

Support is always available but to be clear, We need a self-starter who can run this as if it were their own business without the need for constant supervision. ONLY apply if you are this type of person.

Daily responsibilities will include:

1. Answering inquiries

2. Managing guest reservations

3. Daily monitoring of Housekeeping

4. Sending out maintenance techs for repairs as needed

5. Providing excellent customer service via phone or in-person to ensure a positive guest experience. The candidate should be able to handle multiple reservations simultaneously and provide support to guests throughout their stay.

6. Going to properties regularly to conduct inspections and assist guests.

THIS IS A PART TIME JOB AND PAY STARTS AT $20 per hour for 4 hours a day, 6 days per week. Keep in mind this is a starting salary and can INCREASE rapidly in the coming weeks for the right motivated professional person.

This job will also require some driving for property inspections, guest check-ins etc. There is extra pay for gas.

HOWEVER, please note the hours vary from day to day so you must be flexible to answer all inquiries and guest requests that come in between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Some days will be extremely slow and others will be extremely busy.
