American Supply Co. has been in business for over 25 years distributing packaging supplies and materials to clients ranging from small to large. As a customer service representative with us, expected tasks/abilities will be as follows:
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Contact customers for orders.
- Order entry and processing.
- Knowledge working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, is detail oriented, hard working, and always focused.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
