Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients.
Duties
Answering phones and managing communication: This includes answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person.
Filing and document management: This involves sorting, organizing, and filing both physical and electronic documents.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
Assist Sales Team with quotations and orders for customers.
Assist customers with product information and order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions in QuickBooks.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
General administrative support: Customer Service Representatives may also assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering, purchasing, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing excellent client services.
Proficiency in English; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Previous experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proficient in using computers and able to navigate software applications for data entry and communication such as Outlook, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
High School Diploma required.
