Responsibilities
Provide a prompt, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
Learn about the pool and spa industry to be able to help customers with their questions and service needs.
Work with delivery and repair crews to schedule work at customers house
Be a part of a fun team to keep store clean, organized and stocked with chemicals and repair parts, using computerized inventory system
Package small amount of orders to ship to customers
Requirements:
Dedicated to providing customer service in all aspects of a retail environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Must be able to lift 40lbs with or without assistance
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to identify and correct inaccuracies
Proactive in learning vital problem-solving techniques
Ability to work in a team environment and be accountable to others
