We specialize in insurance claim processing and post-fire restoration, ensuring our clients receive the care and services they need to rebuild. We are currently hiring for two key roles: Fire Damage Insurance Adjuster and Clean-Up Equipment Specialist.

### Position 1: Fire Damage Insurance Adjuster

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site assessments of fire-damaged properties.

- Evaluate and process insurance claims based on policy coverage.

- Provide empathetic and professional guidance to fire victims throughout the claims process.

- Collaborate with contractors, restoration teams, and clean-up specialists to ensure a smooth recovery process.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and settlements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in fire-related insurance claims adjusting.

- Familiarity with local insurance regulations and policies.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

- Licensure or certification as an insurance adjuster (state-specific requirements).

- AIC (Associate in Claims) or similar certifications preferred.

### Position 2: Clean-Up Equipment Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Provide and manage specialized equipment required for fire clean-up and restoration.

- Work closely with restoration teams to ensure timely delivery and proper use of equipment.

- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot clean-up equipment to ensure functionality.

- Educate clients and contractors on equipment operation and safety protocols.

- Track inventory and manage equipment schedules to meet project demands.

Qualifications:

- Experience in fire clean-up and restoration equipment management.

- Knowledge of specialized clean-up tools such as air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and soot removal equipment.

- Technical expertise in equipment maintenance and repair.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

- A valid driver’s license for equipment transport (if applicable).
