Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help our customers and make sure their clothes are taken care of properly. You will work with the team to make sure orders are ready on time. This job is part-time in the evenings Monday-Friday
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and help with drop-offs and pickups.
Tag clothes with labels to keep track of orders.
Check clothes for stains or special instructions.
Bag and organize clothes for customers to pick up or for delivery.
Answer simple questions from customers.
Keep your work area clean and tidy.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly and good at talking to people.
Able to stay organized and pay attention to details.
Available to work in the evening from Monday-Friday
Experience preferred but we are willing to train the correct person
