Basic positions in customer sales and service. Primary responsibilities include working with customers, answering questions, and writing up any orders. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE NEEDED we provide all of the training.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to manage multi phone lines
Assisting customers with tracking cases
Assisting customers with billing questions
Data entry
Following up with clients
Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned
