Customer Service Assistant (Entry Level)
We are seeking a full time customer service assistant
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Detail oriented and quick learner
- Ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Word/ Excel/Outlook Email
Job Duties:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Handle daily service and follow up
- Data entry
- Prepare service contract
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
