FULL Time Position: Customer Service
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
Data entry (processing orders and invoices) and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
Fluent in English & Spanish / Read & Write required
Must be detail-oriented and a team-player
Ability to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment
