- Customer Service / Marketing - Full Time (M-F, 8-5)
Duties will include:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Process orders and ensure accurate job specs are communicated to the production team
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote printing services across digital and traditional platforms
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to guide future campaigns
Requirements:
Marketing/sales experience, Great verbal/written communication skills
Highly motivated, energetic, hard-working, diligent and has great work ethic
