South El Monte importer and manufacturer is looking for an enthusiastic and devoted applicant to fill the position of Customer Service & Inside Sales Support position. The applicant must have good inter-personal skills to be able to perform in teamwork & constant time-sensitive environment and be extremely organized. (Higher School Diploma preferred)
The job functions & requirements include but are not limited to the following:
Must have Strong communication skills
Must have ability to efficiently manage time
Must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, (Quickbooks preferred)
Must be able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
General Responsibility:
Contact current and new customers and process their orders
Assist with maintaining and updating accounting systems Provide customer support and resolve sales-related issues via phone and/or email
Regularly assist with assigned projects and various administrative tasks Analyze Sales Data & Inventory Status for Reporting
Perform all admin tasks that support departments when needed Assist Supervisors/Managers when it is needed
Other duties to be assigned
