Historic Antique Mall in Sherman Oaks is looking for a capable, experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team! The right candidate is friendly, experienced in Customer Service, enjoys working with the public and loves antiques.
Job Specifics as follows:
- Store Hours: Monday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM - 05:00 PM.
- Part Time Position - Less Than 30 Hours A Week

Job Duties:
Assist customers in finding merchandise, answering questions, and providing basic customer service.
Answer phone calls and manage accordingly.
Operating daily within the company’s vision and in accordance with all policies and procedures.
Complete transactions using POS system, credit-card processing, and cash transactions.
Executing proper opening and closing procedures are daily.
Light cleaning of front desk, POS system and restroom.
Daily wipe down of surfaces and dispose of trash as needed.
Complete all sales documentation including tracking vendor sales, marking reseller purchases, etc.
Notify General Manager for any maintenance items or repair needs.
Close out registers after each shift and follow cash handling procedures.
Notify the General Manager of low stock on office or cleaning supplies.
Accepts and organizes incoming packages.
