We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and elevate our service standards.
Position Summary:
The Service Operations Manager will oversee the entire operational flow of our limousine business, with a strong focus on dispatch, reservations, team management, and process development.
This leadership role requires a hands-on professional with at least 5 years of proven experience in the limousine or black car service industry, including managing dispatch and call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, including dispatching, call center/reservations, customer service, and fleet coordination.
Supervise and mentor staff across departments; provide effective training and continuous performance feedback.
Develop, document, and implement process and procedure manuals to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
Solve service-related challenges quickly and effectively with innovative, outside-the-box thinking.
Drive service quality and customer satisfaction through attention to detail, staff accountability, and proactive service planning.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop business strategies and operational improvements.
Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Lead regular weekly team meetings, resolve internal conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working in the limousine or black car service industry in a management or senior operations role.
Strong knowledge of dispatching, chauffeur coordination, and reservations management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing, training, and developing staff.
Ability to write and enforce standard operating procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and adaptive mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in industry-related software platforms such as LimoAnywhere, GroundWidgets, or similar is a plus.
