I have created a successful coaching method that I would like to offer for free; it happens remotely by phone call or zoom. People have said:

This method involves solving the problems in your life. This is in contrast to common therapy methods, which often just involve trying to make you feel better by exercising, changing thoughts, meditating, or other indirect methods.
To solve the problems in your life, we begin by reviewing a sheet that shows 40 areas of life. This comprehensive list makes sure that nothing is missed by going into great specificity. You will check off problematic areas of life in this list of 40 areas.
Next, for each area, we will find the REASONS that the problem is connected to. For example, instead of treating depression with exercise and eating healthier, we will look for the REASONS that underlie the depression, such as being dissatisfied with work, having unhealthy relationships, not having a bigger goal or purpose, and so on. For each reason, we will provide solutions that either slightly improve the problem, or fully resolve it.
