Role Description
This is an hourly, part-time as, as-needed “contract consultant” role for a Project Scheduler at HOA Construction Consulting. The Project Scheduler will prepare and maintain construction project schedules and report to management regarding project timelines and forecasts.
Qualifications
Working knowledge of standard construction scheduling software building Gantt Charts
Proficient in MS Project and other software is desired
Thorough understanding of the construction process
Thorough knowledge of the Construction Consultants role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in project scheduling and coordination
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of construction industry practices
Relevant certification in project management is a plus
