I'm a renowned pop artist with years of experience and many works of unique fine art available for display and for sale. I'm looking for some who is passionate about art and is interested in opening a new gallery of their own.
This gallery must be in a high traffic area, especially where there are tourists walking around. My artwork will be shown exclusively at the gallery which would be a big draw ( guaranteed if there is foot traffic). I have over three hundred thousand dollars worth of unique art to display and i'm the only person in the world who makes my kind of artwork so there's no competition.
The way it will work is, you provide the gallery space, secure the lease and pay the rent and operating expenses. I will supply the artwork and we will split the confirmed sales 50/50. You can see my work at https://tompergolafineart.com/.
