Job Description:
1.Oversee and manage daily operational processes to ensure smooth sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics. This role requires a high level of multitasking skills, adaptability to a fast-paced learning environment, and the ability to travel for business.
2. Analyze current operational workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Provide direct support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks, preparing documentation, and ensuring that sales personnel have the resources they need. Knowledge/experience with digital marketing through CRM systems is required.
4. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Generate regular reports on sales operations metrics, inventory levels, and order statuses to keep management informed of operational performance.
6. Ensure that all sales and operational activities comply with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Assist in the training of new staff members and contribute to the development of training materials related to operational procedures.
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services and to negotiate terms and pricing.
9. Utilize technology solutions, heavy tasking in CRM (Salesforce/ZOHO) systems to manage customer relationships and streamline sales processes.
10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and logistics, to align operations with broader company objectives.
11. U.S. master's degree with a relevant major (or a minor in marketing) is required.
