IMPAK Corporation is currently hiring for the position of National Sales Manager –
Distribution Channel to be located at our Los Angeles, California or our Sebastian Florida
location. This is a senior level (if lacking in significant experience, we will work with you and
train you), full time role focused entirely on growing our relationship with reseller
organizations

We specialize in moisture barrier bags, vacuum sealers, sorbents, and protective barrier
technologies used by customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to specialized startups and
aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, and advanced technologies. Our California team primarily
operates under sorbentsystems.com, while our Florida location uses impakcorporation.com.
We also operate additional company websites: Gramatech.com for advanced vacuum sealing
machinery and others.
Position Summary
We are seeking a high performing, experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow
our national and international distribution channels. This is not an entry level role. It
requires someone who already understands how to manage distributor relationships, close $
accounts, and drive long term sales strategy across various markets and industries, including
building the distribution relationships we have currently.

Compensation
The position starts with a base salary of $108,000, with the potential to earn up to $250,000 or
more annually through commissions and performance based bonuses.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for expanding and managing IMPAK’s U.S. distribution network. A
commitment to work will include identifying new partners, negotiating deals, onboarding
distributors, maintaining high level relationships, and presenting revenue forecasts to the
executive team. You’ll also work closely with internal departments including marketing,
customer service, operations, and production to ensure seamless execution of channel growth.
Expect to attend trade shows, visit customers sites, and lead national rollout initiatives. We
move quickly, so multitasking, prioritization, and strong decision making skills are crucial.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required. An MBA or
advanced sales/leadership certification or proven level of experience is preferred.
7- 10 years of proven success in B2B (business to business) sales management,
specifically overseeing or scaling a national distributor network
Industry experience in packaging, manufacturing, industrial goods, or a related field
is strongly preferred.
Clear track record of exceeding sales goals and managing accounts totaling $2 - 10M+
in annual revenue
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Outlook mail, or SAGE (we use SAGE internally),
basic computer skills, Excel Spread Sheets, power points.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch executive level buyers and guide long sales cycles.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment without
sacrificing quality.
Able to travel up to 25-40% of the time as needed.
U.S. work authorization required. A background check will be conducted prior to hire
due to work with regulated industries.
Preferred Extras
Experience developing pricing programs, managing P&L responsibilities, or leading trade show
logistics is a major plus, (Comfortable working around physical product and occasionally lifting
up to 25 lbs.+. for product review or presentation is also beneficial) inability would make success
difficult.
