Hi! We're a laser lighting company and we provide laser equipment and services for top video productions and events. Our clients include Coachella, Beyonce, Metallica, and Jennifer Lopez to name a few.
I'm Parker and I run this company with my husband who is a brilliant laser artist. I'm looking for an assistant to help me with business operations and ultimately be able to do my job. Our little company is growing fast. I need someone who has vision and ambition and wants to be part of our growth in a tangible, meaningful way.
I don't care about your education (or lack thereof). I care about your relevant experience and I care about who you are as a person. Duties may include:
-Sending quotes, contracts, and invoices to clients
-Client relations
-Payroll
-Employee scheduling
-Booking rental vehicles, hotels, flights, shipments, equipment rentals, etc.
-Production management (such as putting together the work schedule for events and communicating with our clients and employees)
Location:
You will mostly be working with me from my home office in Arcadia but may also work at our studio in S El Monte or from your own home once trained.
