Seeking a skilled and professional general manager for a busy alternative restaurant and club in hollywood. Candidates must have a minimum of five years management experience with resume and references to support. Must have knowledge of food and beverage businesses, bar program back of house, front of house all skills required for proper management of a large scale hospitality program.
The general manager candidate would be running a team of 70 people, including back of house, front of house, entertainers, and performers, and nightclub staff.
This is a full-time 50 hour plus per week position that requires full-time dedication from someone who is responsible and able to run a team successfully.
Equity and stock options or potential partnerships may be available for the right candidate.
Must be able to pass an immediate drug screening, as well as have no criminal record of any type, including DUIs.
