Reports To: Estate Owner

Job Summary: The Estate House Manager is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the estate, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. This role involves supervising both interior and exterior upkeep, coordinating maintenance services, and managing household staff. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the estate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Exterior Care:

Clean outdoor areas including washing patio furniture and cleaning walkways.

Regularly remove dust and debris from the property to maintain a clean and inviting environment.

2. Maintenance Coordination:

Organize and oversee regular maintenance services such as gardening, pool cleaning, and pest control.

Identify and coordinate repairs and improvements with relevant service providers.

3. Overall Oversight:

Supervise household staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure reliable and high-quality service.

4. Communication:

Provide regular updates to the estate owner on the status of maintenance, repairs, and other relevant matters.

Act as the liaison between the estate owner and various service providers, ensuring clear communication and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Estate Manager or similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage household staff and coordinate with service providers.

Knowledge of property maintenance and upkeep.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance.

Capacity to oversee and inspect various aspects of the estate, including outdoor areas.
