Established LA based Private Equity firm is looking for a Staff Accountant.
Duties & Requirements:
2+ years of corporate accounting experience
Real estate industry experience is a plus
Reports to Controller
Assist with the month-end close, journal entries, accruals & accounts payable
Interface with property managers, vendors and oversee reporting for properties
Bank and account reconciliation experience
Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis
Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office and accounting software
Bachelors in accounting or finance
Excellent communication skills
Monday to Thursday in office & Friday WFH
