This creative firm is looking to hire an experienced and hard-working Senior Accountant to add to it's accounting team, bookkeeping, inventory control, taxes, and various administrative tasks to take the company to the next level.
Must be available to work full-time. Must be reliable, organized, and able to multi-task.
Accountant Job Responsibilities:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Maintains Accounts Receivable, Inventory control, Accounts Payable, Check Cutting, Vendor Management
Tax documentation collection and organization
Payroll inputting and management
Employee credit card expenses verification and reconciliation
Monthly Close and reconciliation
Managing monthly operating expenses and projections
Budget management and close
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or finance
CPA
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
Compensation:
$70K to $100K (Rate of Pay Will Depend On Experience)
Health Insurance %100 paid by employer.
Paid vacations, holiday pay, sick pay, and full benefits.

Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday, No Weekends
