Fine art studio seeks an experienced part-time bookkeeper – 6-8 hours, one day per week, with the possibility of expanded hours and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and receivable
Bill paying
Bank reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Preparing financial reports
Preparing budget and cash flow financial statements
Providing analytical support to accountants/business owner
Review and investigate any monthly fluctuation questions
Filing
Data entry
Payroll
Sales Tax
General administrative tasks
Communicating by phone and email with vendors when issues arise
Skills and Qualifications include:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience as a bookkeeper
Significant experience in Quickbooks
Experience with Mac Computers/Mac Platforms (preferred)
Capable of analyzing information
Attentive to detail
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Compensation based on experience.
