Small Design Business selling inventory online and various custom Interior and Fabricating in need of Bookkeeper
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
-MUST BE Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop version for Mac
-File Monthly, Quarterly Sales Tax
-Reconcile several personal and business bank account and credit card statements.
-Filing LA county city business taxes
-Prepare P & L, Balance sheets for Corp Tax Returns
-Be able to work in a home office environment. MUST BE able to work in office once a month with approximately 25-50 Transactions a month
reconciling sales from multiple online platforms, which includes, sales, shipping, commissions, etc
