What you will be doing:

Act as a single point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of key clients.

Deeply dive into clients' business processes and goals to propose relevant improvements to their marketing strategies.

Coordinate the work of internal teams (marketing, design, analytics) to flawlessly complete projects on time and within budget.

Prepare and conduct strategic reviews (QBR - Quarterly Business Reviews), report on the achievement of KPIs and ROI of the client.

Increase the share of existing business (upsell & cross-sell), identifying new client needs and offering additional services.

Work with objections, renew contracts and strengthen long-term partnerships.

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Client Success Manager in the B2B sphere (marketing, IT, digital agencies, SaaS).

Possesses impeccable communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at the top management level.

Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above (required for working with international clients).

Tech-savvy: confidently uses CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), Notion, Slack, Google Workspace.

Analytical thinker, understands key marketing and business metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, Conversion Rate).

Is a proactive problem solver, not just an executor. Can work in a multitasking environment.

Will be a big plus:

Experience working in a marketing agency.

Understanding of the sales funnel and the basics of performance marketing (contextual advertising, SEO, content marketing).

Skills in preparing commercial proposals.
