Loan Processor
we are looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our team. The applicant will be responsible for accurately Processing and managing residential real estate loans through our established systems and reviewing it to ensure it is completed in full and complies with current Lending regulations and policies. Loan Processor would Review initial loan approval and work with Borrowers and Real Estate Agents to gather appropriate documentation to Create a loan submission package. Loan Processor would be responsible for uploading loan packages to the Lender and Submit files to assigned Underwriter and Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter to Ensure that approval falls within the established lending guidelines. Loan Processor would also Communicate with other professionals, Lenders, Escrow and real estate agents.
