FC Bookkeeper needed full time for busy Property Management office in Panorama City. Responsible for 20 properties including apartment complexes and shopping centers. Duties include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations and
working with CPA's, Auditors, Owners and Resident Managers. Responsible for collection of rents and depositing them (scanner + in bank)
Prepare payable check runs twice monthly and mail out checks. Track all invoices using Quick Books history, create Rent Rolls monthly
and Newsletters for Shopping Center. CAM billing for shopping centers is done annually. Must have Quick Book knowledge and
experience.
