REQUIRED IRS ENROLLED AGENT
Established CPA firm is seeking an Enrolled Agent to join our dynamic and growing team.
Job Qualifications and Abilities
Active Enrolled Agent (EA) License required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Thorough understanding of IRS Tax Investigation and Tax Resolution processes, including direct communication with the IRS.
Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize a large pipeline of cases with confidence and professionalism.
Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of all IRS Fresh Start Programs, including Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatements, and Currently Not Collectible status.
Job Responsibilities
Contacting the IRS to conduct tax investigations, obtain account transcripts, and request wage & income reports.
Communicating directly with the IRS via phone, fax, and written correspondence to advocate for client
