Urgently Required Licensed Accountant to work from our office in Artesia
We are a CPA Firm located in the city of Artesia and Newport. We are looking for a positive & motivated individuals to join our tax team to work from our office in Artesia. Our company has been in business for few years - we are continually growing & looking for an individual who wants to grow with us.
Job Duties:
- IRS/FTB/EDD Tax Resolution
- Calls with IRS officer
- Preparation of C- Corporation, S corporation, Partnership, LLC, Trust, and Individual tax returns (can range from simple to complex)
- Review of financial statements and/or records for accuracy
- Consultancy with the clients
- Assist with tax notices, making tax payments, state tax filings, and/or other tax matters that may present themselves
- Scanning of tax documents
Requirements:
- Minimum of One to Three years tax experience
- Familiarity with US Taxation, accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Desktop QuickBooks/QB Online experience a major plus
- Ability to work independently and work on a return from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple returns throughout the season
