RESPONSIBILITIES
Dental Billing PPO & DENTICAL
check insurance eligibility and benefits
Treatment planning
Collect, post, and manage payments
Prepare and submit claims
Prepare and send patient statements
Follow up with insurance companies
Monitor delinquent accounts
Identify and resolve billing issues
Research insurance plans to determine covered services
Advocate for claims approvals
Document treatment plans, insurance, payment, and patient information
Requirements:
- The highest level of customer service experience with an upbeat smiling personality
- Excellent phone and computer skills
- Organized, reliable, self-starter
- Dependable. On time arrival.
- Ability to work with others as a team
- Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
