Bookkeeping - Accounting - Small Business

Small business owner seeks experienced bookkeeper to maintain accounting, bookkeeping for small business. Must be completely familiar with QuickBooks, AR, AP, account reconciliation, monthly statements, check runs. Knowledge of Rent Cafe a plus. Must have experience in preparing monthly financial statements and understand the fundamentals of financial statements beyond pulling a Quickbooks report. Experience using a Mac essential. Must be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent speaking and writing ability. Independent contractor opportunity (not an offer for employment) is available 2 - 4-days a week with up to 20 - 25-hours available and your own schedule flexibility.
