Bookkeeper/accounting position needed for property management company. Applicants must be well-versed in Appfolio. Employee can choose to work remotely as needed but must work at our Torrance office a minimum of one day a week. This is a part time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours/week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bank reconciliations
Entering bank deposits
Updating tenant ledgers
Insurance reports
