Truck maintanace shop and truck sales company is looking for part time accountant/bookkeeper 10-15 hours a week. Must know how to file a sales tax and Quickbooks.Accounting/bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Perform day to day bookkeeping services.
Verify that transactions are recorded on the correct day, vendor account, customer account, and general ledger.
Bring the books to the trial balance stage each month.
Reconcile bank accounts weekly.
Invoicing and collection of accounts receivables
Qualifications:
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Associates or Higher in Accounting or Accounting related field.
2+ years of private company accounting experience
Quickbooks Certified preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Detail and deadline-oriented
