We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join our back-office team. This is a full-time on-site position. We are a post facility located in Burbank. The candidate must have previous experience doing billing tasks, including, but not limited to:
- Data entry – entering billing information into accounting system
- Resolving billing discrepancies – confirming work order accuracy with our operations team
- Client follow-ups – phone and email correspondence regarding collections
Bookkeeping experience is not necessary but a plus.
The desired candidate must be able to follow workflow instructions, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be able to work autonomously after reasonable training. Candidates must know how to work with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
This is an hourly position and there will be some overtime required during busy season.
This is an on-site position. There is no remote work. Candidates must be able to commute to Burbank. We do not offer relocation assistance.
