Requirements:
Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, basic or intermediate knowledge of accounting (preferred)
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), proficient in computer use, including Word, Excel, and email
Professional appearance and attitude, punctual, organized, and strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and customer service, managing files, correspondence, and scheduling, assisting with accounting and administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments or clients
