Rate: $20-25plus bonus
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our finance department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions.
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly.
Monitor customer accounts for timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding payment issues.
Record and reconcile payments received in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain various financial reports related to accounts receivable.
Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support for audits as needed.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.
Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and property management companies to collect on invoices is highly desirable.
